Executive staff meeting begins at 8:00 am, and includes the District Director, Aide-de-Camp, Communications, FCF, JLTA and Training.

At 9:00 am, the main staff meeting begins with all Section Leaders and any invited staff for projects or special assignments.  Other AZMN Royal Ranger Leaders may attend to observe the meeting but may not participate so that the meeting ends on time.
