2025 AZ Royal Rangers Commander’s Conference

Our 2025 Arizona Royal Rangers District Commanders Conference has come to a close, and what a powerful morning it was. Commanders, pastors, and junior leaders from across the state gathered with one purpose: to grow, to sharpen one another, and to strengthen the mission of discipling Christ‑like men.

From the opening worship to the final conversations over coffee, the room was filled with unity, encouragement, and a renewed sense of calling. Leaders leaned into practical training on communication, organization, and leadership. Vision was cast, ministry updates were shared, and outpost strategies were strengthened. Most importantly, hearts were stirred once again for the boys and young men God has entrusted to us.

A heartfelt thank‑you to our District staff and every leader who invested their time, energy, and passion into making this conference a success. Your preparation, teaching, hospitality, and behind‑the‑scenes work created an environment where leaders could be refreshed, equipped, and inspired. Because of your dedication, commanders left encouraged, connected, and ready to lead with greater clarity and confidence.

As we look ahead to the year of ministry before us, may we carry forward the spirit of this conference—discipling, leading, and growing together as we build the next generation of godly men.
