Commanders, mark your calendars for Saturday, August 1st—our annual Arizona Royal Rangers Commanders Conference is almost here, and we want you in the room.

This is the moment each year when leaders from across our state gather for fellowship, vision, and hands‑on training that strengthens our outposts and sharpens our calling to disciple the next generation of Christlike men. Whether you’re a seasoned commander, a junior leader, or a pastor who champions Rangers, this morning is built for you.

We’ll kick off the day with coffee, connection, and worship, followed by a powerful General Session on Vision & Focus.

Then you’ll dive into four rotating breakout sessions led by experienced instructors covering:

• Communication & Ministry Updates
• Ranger Training
• Building a Derby Winner
• Strengthening NSSP in Your Outpost
• FCF in 2026
• Putting Royal Rangers Back in Ministry

Every session is designed to equip you with practical tools and fresh encouragement for the year ahead.
