This year we have an exciting combined rendezvous with the Plainsmen Territory.  Both the Mountainmen and Plainsmen will meet at the Range in NM.  The Range is the NM Ministry Network Royal Rangers camp.  The rendezvous is scheduled for July 20-24, 2021 – Tuesday noon through Saturday morning.

Please read this paragraph CAREFULLY.  The Mountainmen Territorial packet is available here.  Each person attending needs to:

1. Download the packet and read it carefully.
2. Complete the medical/waiver/permission slip by following the directions in the packet.  All these forms (8 total pages) are filled out electronically using DocuSign.  This process requires each camper to complete the form electronically and then have the parent (under 18) or their pastor (18 and older) also sign electronically.
3. Once the electronic forms are completed, print off three copies per the instructions and MAKE SURE you bring one signed copy to rendezvous to give to the registration desk.
4. Fill out the registration form and send it in with a check or money order.  There is a price break if you sign up by June 18.  After that, the price goes up $25.  Shirts may also be ordered when complete in the registration form.  Food can also be purchased for the entire rendezvous!  $100.
